And on it goes...
Sorry, I have not been exciting and/or interestingly productive lately... I still can't be too active without spectacular coughing jags and I am just absolutely wiped out. I don't feel like I am getting anywhere with my house projects. I am putting in several hours each night, though, so I think I am going to start keeping a list of completed projects here just to help stave off the despair/panic.

Tonight:
washed walls in living room and dining room.
spackled in the living room, dining room, bathroom, hall, kids' room.
painted in living room, dining room, master bedroom
sweep living room, dining room, bed room, guest room, and hall.
finished organizing master bedroom closet
tidied stuff in kids' room

Tomorrow:
prep trellis for painting
touch up/second coat of paint where needed
finish hangings for kids' room, hang up said hangings
fix closet in kids' room
take stuff to Stock Pavilion - armor/bolts for Cheshire Archers, journals for H, glue gun for D, misc stuff for giving away

It sounds like you're being amazingly productive!
There's always going to seem like there's more to do - it's a whole house! Just keep in mind what it looked like at it's messiest, and what it looks like now. I have seen houses at showings that didn't look as nice as yours did the last time I was over, and had waaaaaay more repair type stuff yet to do. Really, you're down to the cosmetic/small stuff.

In short, your house looks awesome and I think potential buyers will see how much care you've given it.

Oh my gosh! You do more in a single day, than I do in a couple of months!

Deadlines will do that for a girl.
