How to know you are carrying too many books...

So, today I was full of the hurty and generally sore all over, but as I was getting ready for bed, I noticed my right shoulder hurt more than other places. Upon inspecting, I found that I have a stripe of petechiae (itty bitty bruises) on that shoulder. Very odd. For a few minutes I had no idea why... Then it occurred to me - that's the shoulder on which I carried the book bag on my way to the library! I had a huge stack checked out for the A&S Smackdown research and many of them came due this week.

See?!?!? I KNEW it was not healthy to be forced to return my books! Hrmph.

Anytime I have to return books I get chest pains.... it hurtssssssssess usssss it doesssssss. ;)

Ok, not really, but I hate to let them go. Guess that's why I like to buy books more. I can keep them as the treasures they are! :)

Me too... sadly some books are just not purchase-able. :/

Heh. I've had this experience. Stupid libraries, wanting their books back... its not like *anyone* but me has ever checked out some of the books on Russian punk...

I *know*! I usually have to have a good percentage of the books barcoded. Clearly they don't need to go back...
